If your wedding necessitates larger numbers an elegantly decorated marquee on our beautiful lawns with the impressive backdrop that is Lockerbie Manor makes for a truly captivating experience. Allowing you to host up to 650 guests yet still enjoy the history, warmth and inviting atmosphere that makes Lockerbie Manor such a perfect venue.

Depending on your numbers you can either choose to marry at one of the local churches, inside Lockerbie Manor or in our beautiful grounds. Either way we will work with you to make sure the day is set out exactly as you have planned. Our in house wedding co-ordinator will give you as much or as little help and guidance as you wish.

Getting married at the manor is every bit as magical as it sounds. Your guests will be greeted by our friendly team who will show them to their seats for the ceremony, whilst your groom enjoys his final moments as a bachelor with his best man in the comfort of one of our lounges. On your arrival you will be piped along the red carpet to the ceremony where your guests will all be seated and your groom will be waiting for you at the altar. We can arrange to play your own music, or if you prefer, for a church organist or harpist to play during the ceremony.

Should you decide to marry in a local church you will be personally greeted at Lockerbie Manor by Andy, James or Katie with a glass of champagne to toast your new marriage. Your guests will arrive to the sound of a lone piper in the grounds and our friendly staff will be on hand to serve any refreshments they may require.

Following the ceremony we will hold a champagne reception for your guests to keep them entertained whilst you use the manor house and its beautiful grounds for your photographs.

When you are all ready, you can welcome your guests into the marquee for the first time as husband and wife, before being piped to your seats. Your sumptuous four course Wedding Breakfast will then be served, accompanied of course with fine wine and champagne for the toast. 

Once the meal is finished we will put on a falconry display for your entertainment whilst we turn your marquee from an elegant dining room to a stunning reception venue in time to greet your evening guests before your first dance.

You will of course stay in our new Honeymoon Suite where you will find champagne on ice and handmade chocolates to help you wind down from your big day.

In the morning you can enjoy a full traditional Scottish breakfast either in your room or in the Queensbury Restaurant along with any of your guests that chose to stay with us.

This package is fully inclusive for 100 guests but excludes the price of the marquee as this varies greatly according to numbers. There will be a charge for additional daytime guests.
